Abstract:
The high temperature in the mine affects the health of workers, reduces the labor efficiency and damages the working equipment. In this paper, we analyze the heat source and heat damage in the process of roadway driving, the principle and applicability of the existing cooling technology in driving surface and some key hitches to be solved. Such conclusions have been reached: high temperature mainly has a greater impact on workers, equipment, blasting and cement support; non-mechanical cooling technology is more suitable for shallow mine cooling but heat insulation and personal protection will have a better future in deep high-temperature mine; in terms of air conditioning cooling technology, water refrigeration and ice-making refrigeration technology will have greater application prospects in the future; refrigeration air conditioning technology that promotes energy-saving emission reduction, with geotherm, heat gushing water, power station waste heat as refrigeration power, is an important trend of mine cooling technology research. In the process of driving at high temperature in a pyrite mine, a mine air pressure refrigeration air conditioning system and a double-layer heat insulation air duct were adopted to remove geothermal water in the driving surface in time so that the maximum air temperature (dry ball) in the driving operation area was reduced from 34.7 ℃ to 26 ℃.
