Abstract:
For the tin-copper slag produced during the refining process of coarse tin, the difference between the boiling points of SnS and CuS
2 is utilized, and the sulphurization volatilization-copper matte smelting process of the fuming furnace is adopted, through scientific batching, suitable slag selection, and reasonable process parameter control. A flue dust of tin containing 56.35% Sn and 0.14% Cu and a copper matte containing 12.63% Cu and 0.47% Sn were obtained. The tin-copper separation was better achieved, and the technical indicators were good. The tin recovery rate was 97.38%. The copper removal rate is 98.75%.
