锡铜渣处理新工艺的试验研究

Experimental study on new process of tin-copper slag treatment

  • 摘要: 针对粗锡火法精炼过程中产生的锡铜渣,利用SnS和CuS2沸点的差异,采用烟化炉硫化挥发-造锍熔炼工艺,通过科学的配料、炉渣的选择、工艺的控制,得到了含Sn 56.35%、Cu 0.14%的锡烟尘及含Cu 12.63%、Sn 0.47%的铜锍,较好的实现了锡铜分离,锡回收率97.38%,铜脱除率98.75%,技术经济指标良好.

     

    Abstract: For the tin-copper slag produced during the refining process of coarse tin, the difference between the boiling points of SnS and CuS2 is utilized, and the sulphurization volatilization-copper matte smelting process of the fuming furnace is adopted, through scientific batching, suitable slag selection, and reasonable process parameter control. A flue dust of tin containing 56.35% Sn and 0.14% Cu and a copper matte containing 12.63% Cu and 0.47% Sn were obtained. The tin-copper separation was better achieved, and the technical indicators were good. The tin recovery rate was 97.38%. The copper removal rate is 98.75%.
