H85黄铜带材表面点状起皮原因分析及对策

Cause analysis of H85 brass punctate peeling and its countermeasures

  • 摘要: 利用SEM、EDS等对H85黄铜带材表面出现起皮的原因进行分析,结果表明:因熔铸过程中炉衬中的Al元素进入熔体,与O等形成不同于基体的异物,造成基体的晶格畸变,在弹性应力场与运动位错的交互作用下,导致物料发生开裂、脱落,形成点状起皮等宏观缺陷.

     

    Abstract: The cause of peeling on H85 brass strip and sheet was analyzed by SEM and EDS. The result shows that during the melt casting, Al element in furnace lining, which gets into the melt, reacts with O element into foreign bodies different from the matrix, resulting in the lattice deformation of the matrix. The interaction of elastic stress field and motion dislocation makes the surface material of H85 brass wracked and shed, leading to macroscopic defects such as punctate peeling.
