Abstract:
On the basis of solidification/stabilization of heavy metal soil in the slag base, a slag-based heavy metal wastewater purification material was developed by using blast furnace slag as the main material and adding different proportion of activator and lime. The concentrations of Cd
2+, Cr
3+, Pb
2+ and Zn
2+ in the original wastewater were 10 mg/L, 10 mg/L, 20 mg/L and 50 mg/L, respectively. The results show that the formula ratio of the formula was blast furnace slag: activator: lime = 55:10:35, as the adding quantity is 6 g/L, the removal rate of Cd
2+, Cr
3+, Pb
2+ and Zn
2+ were 99.60 %, 99.50 %, 99.70 % and 97.76 % respectively, after the treatment, the heavy metal concentrations would reach the national emission standard.
