从铜渣中回收铁的研究现状及其新方法的提出

Research status and new method of recovering iron from copper slag

  • 摘要: 对铜渣进行XRD物相、扫描电镜和能谱以及主要元素含量的分析,指出从铜渣中回收铁的困难.综述了国内外从铜渣中回收铁的一些主要工艺方法及其优缺点,并提出弱氧化焙烧-磁选处理铜渣的新方法.铜渣和CaO的质量比为100:25,CO2和CO的气体流量分别为180 mL/min和20 mL/min,焙烧温度1 050 ℃,保温焙烧2 h后,冷却后破碎磨细至0.074 mm,再通过170 mT的磁场磁选分离得到铁精矿.获得了铁品位54.79 %的铁精矿和含铁22.12 %的磁选尾矿,铁的回收率为80.14 %,基本实现了铜渣中铁的回收.

     

    Abstract: The difficulties of recovering iron from copper slag are pointed out by the XRD, SEM, EDS and analysing chemical composition of copper slag. The main technological methods and defects of recovering iron from copper slag at home and abroad are summarized. A new method for recovering iron from copper slag by weak oxidation roasting and magnetic separation is proposed. The mixture ratio of copper slag and CaO is 100:25, the gas flow rate of CO2 and CO is 180 mL/min and 20 mL/min respectively, the roasting temperature is 1050 ℃, and roasting for 2 hours. The iron concentrate can be separated by magnetic field magnetic separation of 170 mT and crushed to -0.074 mm. The final iron concentrate with 54.79 % iron grade and tailing with 22.12 % iron content were obtained. The recovery rate of iron was 80.14 %, which basically realized the recovery of iron from copper slag.
