Abstract: The technical renovation of Ausmelt oxygen-enriched top-blown lead smelting is carried out, and the oxidation and reduction smelting once done in one furnace is separated into two. By comparing with the original process and its characteristics, the advantages of oxidation and reduction smelting in different furnaces are obtained. And the paper describes and summarizes design, equipment selection and production of flue gas removal technology in the reduction furnace.
