Abstract: Based on the engineering design of the lead smelting project of a company, this paper emphatically introduces the "rich oxygen side-blown oxidation smelting-rich oxygen side-blown reduction smelting" production process.The characteristics of flue gas in oxygen-rich side blast furnace are analyzed, and the design, equipment selection and production operation condition of the clean and dust removal process of flue gas are described and summarized.
