淘锡坑钨矿采场结构参数优化

Research on optimizing structure parameters in Taoxikeng Tungsten Mine

  • 摘要: 在满足矿山生产的高效性以及安全性的前提下,合理的采场结构参数选择显得极为重要.淘锡坑钨矿作为章源钨业有限公司的重要开采矿区,因采用的浅孔留矿法,其回采工艺不具备良好的适用性,使得巷道顶板局部产生裂隙,并引起出矿漏斗损毁等问题,对矿山的运营产生了负面影响.在此,需重新针对采场结构参数予以选定.以该矿枫岭坑区256 m中段及206 m中段为研究对象,结合实际生产条件,以矿房跨度、间柱厚度、顶柱厚度作为变量,设计9组开采方案.利用ANSYS建立模型,导入FLAC3D进行数值模拟计算,综合各方案计算结果开展对比、分析工作,最终确定较优的采场结构参数.

     

    Abstract: It is extremely important to make a reasonable selection of the structure parameters of the stope to meet high efficiency and ensure the safety of mine production. Taoxikeng Tungsten Mine is an important mining area of Zhangyuan Tungsten Industry Co., Ltd. With the shallow hole mining method adopted, the recovery process doesn't have good applicability, causing cracks in the tunnel roof and damage to the mining hopper, which had a negative impact on the operation of the mine. Here, the structure parameters of the stope needed to be selected again. Nine groups of mining plans were designed when the 256 mid-section and 206 mid-section of Fenglingkeng Mine area were taken as the research object, and the span of mine house, thickness of columns and top columns as variables accordint to the actual production conditions. ANSYS was used to build a model and imported FLAC3D to perform numerical simulation. When the calculation results of each plan to make comparisons and analyses combined, the optimal structure parameters of the stope were determined.
