Mineralogy of gold and silver process in flotation tailings

Abstract: The flotation tailings of a gold mine in Anhui Province contain a grade of 1.28 g/t of gold, and the gold loss in the flotation tailings is very serious.MLA and other large-scale advanced instruments were applied to conduct an in-depth study of the gold deposit in the flotation tailings. The results show that the main gold in the ore is natural gold, and the main gold in the deposit is gold. The main symbiotic minerals are pyrite, sphalerite and arsenopyrite. particle gold was distributed within the range of 5~10 μm.silver mineral particles smaller than 5 μm accounted for 20.17 %. From the perspective of flotation enrichment, mineral particles need to be further grinded to improve monomer dissociation.
