金属离子对矿物浮选行为影响的研究进展

Research progress on the effect of metal ions on mineral flotation behavior

  • 摘要: 在矿物浮选过程中,由于矿物的粉碎溶解、药剂的添加、回水的循环利用等原因,矿浆中难免会存在一些金属离子,这些金属离子往往会对矿物的浮选行为产生重要影响.在对相关文献分析和总结的基础上,概述了金属离子对氧化物矿物、硫化物矿物、硅酸盐矿物浮选和分离的影响.金属离子在不同pH条件下会形成络合物或沉淀,通过消耗捕收剂,抑制捕收剂分解来抑制矿物浮选,矿浆中离子浓度增大到一定程度也会抑制矿物浮选,单种离子不同组分或不同离子组合对浮选效果有较大影响.

     

    Abstract: In the process of mineral flotation, due to the crushing and dissolution of minerals, the addition of medicaments and the recycling of backwater, some metal ions will inevitably exist in the pulp. These metal ions tend to have a significant impact on the flotation behavior of minerals. Based on the analysis and summary of related literatures, the effects of metal ions on flotation and separation of oxide minerals, sulfide minerals and silicate minerals are summarized.Metal ions form complexes or precipitates at different pH conditions. Through the consumption of collectors, to prevent the decomposition of collectors to suppress mineral flotation, pulp concentration increases to a certain extent will also inhibit mineral flotation. Single ions of different components or different combinations of ions have a great impacton the flotation effect.
