Synthesis and characterization of LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 cathode materials

  • 摘要: 采用共沉淀-高温固相法制备LiNi1/3Mn1/3Co1/3O2正极材料,利用XRD和SEM对所制试样的晶体结构和形貌进行表征,研究了烧结温度对材料电化学性能的影响.结果表明,焙烧温度为850 ℃制备的材料具有较好电化学性能,在25 ℃,电压范围为2.75~4.2 V,1 C充电6 C放电下首次放电比容量为124.2 mAh/g,50次循环后容量保持率为95.2 %.

     

    Abstract: LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 cathode materials were synthesized by co-precipitation method and high temperature solid-state method. The crystal structure and morphologies of LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 were characterized by XRD and SEM, respectively. The effects of sintering temperature on the electrochemical properties of the composites were studied. The results show that the material calcinated at 850 ℃ exhibits the best electrochemical performance. When cycled at 25 ℃ under 1 C charged and 6 C discharged in the voltage range of 2.75~4.2 V, the sample delivers an initial discharge specific capacity of 124.2 mAh/g with capacity retention rate of 95.2 % after 50 cycles.
