  • 摘要: 金属基自润滑复合材料因其具有优良的力学性能及自润滑性能而受到广泛的关注.首先,介绍MAX相的结构、性能以及MAX相固体润滑剂的应用背景和优势.综述了国内外金属基自润滑复合材料的研究进展.然后,讨论了MAX/金属基自润滑复合材料的润滑机理并建立润滑模型.最后,展望MAX/金属基自润滑复合材料的研究前景.

     

    Abstract: Much attention has been paid to metal matrix self-lubricating composite because of its excellent mechanical properties and self-lubricating properties.Firstly, the structure and properties of MAX phase and the application background and advantages of solid lubricant were introduced in this paper.The research progress of metal matrix self-lubricant composite at home and abroad was summarized.Furthermore, the lubricating mechanism of MAX metal matrix self-lubricating composite was discussed and the lubrication model was established.Finally, the development tendence of MAX metal matrix self-lubricating composite was pointed out.
