微波外场辅助液相沉淀法合成立方形Co3O4及前驱体研究

Synthesis of cubic -Co3O4 and its precursor composition in the presence of microwave field

  • 摘要: 在微波外场强化作用下,以CoCl2溶液为钴源、草酸铵为沉淀剂采用液相沉淀的方法合成立方形Co3O4前驱体,前驱体及热分解产物经SEM、XRD以及TG-DTA分析表征,考察加热方式、反应物浓度、反应温度和反应时间对前驱体形貌的影响.结果表明,在微波外场作用下,反应物起始浓度为0.1 mol/L、反应温度为80 ℃和反应时间为150 min的液相合成条件下,反应可制得粒径大小分布均匀,D50分布在3 μm左右的立方形Co3O4前驱体.

     

    Abstract: Using CoCl2 solution as cobalt source and ammonium oxalate as precipitant, the affects of microwave on morphology of synthesis cubic-Co3O4 and its precursor in the liquid phase were studied. The precursor and thermal decomposition productswere characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM), x-ray diffraction(XRD) and thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA). The effects of heating method, initial concentration of CoCl2, reaction temperature and reactiontime on the morphology and the size of the precursor are detected.The results show that the cubic-Co3O4 precursors are produced, their average particle size are about 3 μm, under the condition: the initial reactant concentration is 0.1 mol/L, The reaction temperature is 80 ℃ and the reaction time is 150 minutes.
