惰气熔融-红外法测定钛毛细管中氧含量的制样方法

Sample preparation method for determination of oxygen in titanium capillary with inert gas fusion infrared method

  • 摘要: 钛毛细管是一种形状特别的钛合金,由于其内径常小于1 mm,管壁厚度不足1 mm,表面积较大易被污染,而且钛毛细管在加工过程中表面很容易因发热氧化,因此在进行钛毛细管氧含量测定时表面油污及氧化层的处理尤为重要.试验中选择依次使用HNO3-HF混合酸、蒸馏水、丙酮于超声波清洗仪中处理试样,使用惰气熔融-红外法进行了精密度和加标回收试验,结果满意.

     

    Abstract: Titanium capillary is a specially shaped titanium alloy, because its inner diameter is usually less than 1 mm, tube wall thickness is less than 1mm, surface area is so large that they are easily to be polluted and the surface of the capillary of titanium suffers easily from oxidation due to the fever during the process, so in determining capillary oxygen content of titanium, treatment of surface greasy dirt and oxide layer processing is particularly important. HNO3-HF mixed acid, distilled water and acetone were used successively in ultrasonic cleaner to deal with samples, and inert gas fusion-infrared method was used to carry out precision and recovery test. Experimental results are satisfactory.
