电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定阳极磷铜中磷含量的方法

Determination of phosphorus content in phosphorus-copper anode by inductively coupled plasma spectrometry

  • 摘要: 采用盐酸和双氧水溶样,电感耦合等离子体质谱法快速测定阳极磷铜中的微量磷.设置和优化操作参数,成功地避免和消除14N16OH、15N16O等分子离子对磷测定的干扰,极好地满足测定要求.按照试验方法测定实验室样品中的磷,实验精密度 (RSD) 为1.54 %~3.67 %,加标回收率在95 %~105 %之间,同时用标准物质评价方法的准确性.建立一种方便、快速、准确的测定阳极磷铜中微量磷的新方法.

     

    Abstract: The phosphorus-copper anode samples were dissolved in hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide solutions and the concentration of phosphorus was rapidly determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Under optimized operating conditions, interference from multi-atomic ions such as 14N16OH, 15N16O could be eliminated effectively to meet the requirements of the measurement for phosphorus-copper anode samples by using ICP-MS. According to this method, the relative standard deviation (RSD) is about 1.54 %~3.67 %, and the recovery rate is in the range of 95 %~105 %. Meanwhile, the accuracy of this method is also evaluated with national standard reference materials to develop a novel method for the rapid, convenient and accurate determination of phosphorus in the phosphorus-copper anode by using ICP-MS.
