DH36钢中碳氮化物析出的热力学分析
Thermodynamic analysis of precipitation of carbon nitride in DH36 steel

摘要: 针对Fe-Nb-Ti-C-N系统, 利用双亚点阵模型对DH36钢中碳氮析出物析出条件进行热力学计算.计算结果表明, 钛的碳氮化物析出温度为1 380 ℃, 铌的碳氮化物析出温度为1 100 ℃.其中在1 100~1 400 ℃的高温区, TiN为影响奥氏体均热阶段晶粒长大的主要因素.在1 100 ℃以下的低温区NbC、TiC是抑制DH36钢中奥氏体再结晶及再结晶后奥氏体长大的重要因素.Abstract: The two sub-lattice model was applied to determine the precipitation conditions of carbon and nitrogen precipitates in DH36 steel on the basis of the Fe-Nb-Ti-C-N system. The results show that the precipitation temperature of titanium is 1380 ℃, and the precipitation temperature of Nb is 1100 ℃. TiN was the main factor affecting the grain growth of austenite in the 1 100~1 400 ℃. Below 1 100 ℃ NbC and TiC are the important factors to inhibit austenite recrystallization and recrystallization in DH36 steel.
