氯化挥发的应用与研究进展

Research progress of chloridizing volatilization

  • 摘要: 氯化挥发是一种重要的火法冶金方法,以其特有的优点被广泛应用于冶金生产中。氯化挥发常用于提高金属矿品位、冶金废料综合利用和精炼粗金属等方面,冶金手段包括氯化焙烧和氯化精炼两种。本文在介绍氯化挥发应用的基础上,对“固-固”、“固-气”和“固-液”三种体系的氯化挥发机理研究进行归纳,同时对比分析了气体氯化剂和固体氯化剂的反应机理。通过总结前人的研究成果和进展,讨论氯化挥发的冶金优势和不足之处,以期为后续的研究提供帮助和指导。

     

    Abstract: Chloridizing volatilization is one important method of pyrometallurgy, which is widely used in metallurgical production for its unique advantages, such as improving the grade of metal ores, recycleing metallurgical waste and removing metal impurities, etc. There are two kinds of methods for chloridizing volatilization:chloridizing roasting and chloridizing refining. Applications of chloridizing volatilization were introduced and reaction mechanisms of three systems (“solid-gas”/ “solid-solid”/ “solid-liquid”) were discussed. Reaction mechanisms of gas and solid chloridizing agents were also compared and analyzed. Advantages and disadvantages of chlorinating volatilization were summarized by summarizing the previous research results and progress of predecessors in order to provide help for the subsequent research.
