江西某钨矿重选尾矿中硫化矿的回收试验研究

Study of recovering sulfide ore from tungsten gravity tailings in Jiangxi

  • 摘要: 江西某钨多金属矿中钨矿主要为黑钨矿,矿石中具有回收价值的元素为WO3、Sn、Mo、Cu。该钨多金属矿经常规重选回收钨锡矿物后,尾矿中含有大量黄铜矿、辉钼矿。试验针对此重选尾矿的性质特点,采用铜钼混浮再分离的浮选工艺回收硫化矿,取得较好指标,获得铜精矿中Cu品位23.13 %,回收率95.21 %;钼精矿中Mo品位43.49 %,回收率81.93 %。

     

    Abstract: A tungsten polymetallic ore in Jiangxi contains mainly the wolframite,which Main valuable elements are WO3,Sn,Mo and Cu. After recovering tungsten ores by gravity concentration technology,the tailings contain large amounts of chalcopyrite and molybdenite. According to the characteristic and nature of the tailings,the research adopts the process of Cu-Mo bulk flotation and Cu-Mo separation floating,obtains good metallurgical performance. As a result,the copper concentrate contains Cu 23.13 % with recovery of 95.21 %; the Molybdenum concentrate contains Mo 43.49 % with recovery of 81.93 %;
