Abstract:
In order to reduce wear and prolong the service life of tooth plate,a method of the thermal spray coating covered on the tooth plate tooth was proposed in the view of the serious wear of tooth plate PE 25*400 jaw crusher. The maximum crushing force was assigned to each tooth surface on the basis of the fuzzy stochastic theory,to analyze the stress on jaw crusher tooth plate. A solid model of jaw crusher tooth plate was created via Pro/e software and the finite element analysis of the stress distribution on tooth plate was implemented with ANSYS. The best coating thickness and the coating materials were found. This work provides a theoretical basis for the later experimental research.
