超声波辅助共沉淀法制备钐铁复合氧化物粉体的研究

Studying on preparation of Sm-Fe mixed oxides powder by Ultrasonic coprecipitation

  • 摘要: 采用超声波化学共沉淀法制备了磁性材料用钐铁复合氧化物粉体,考察了超声波功率、超声波时长、pH值、分散剂、温度、陈化时间、对前驱体粒度的影响,对采用微波辅助和未采用微波辅助所得钐铁复合氧化物粒度和形貌进行对比分析.研究表明最佳条件为:超声波功率150 W,超声波辅助时间15 min,pH值为6,不添加分散剂,陈化时间1 h;使用微波辅助反应制备的钐铁复合氧化物粉体较未采用超声波辅助所得钐铁复合氧化物粉体平均粒径更小,分散性更好.

     

    Abstract: Preparation of Sm-Fe mixed oxides powder by chemical co-precipitation method under ultrasound. The influences of microwave heating, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic duration, pH, dispersing agents, temperature, aging time on the particle size. And the morphology of precursor were compared and analyzed. The results showed that ultrasonic power 150 W, ultrasonic assisted time 15 min, pH value of 6, do not add a dispersing agent, aging time 1 h that can obtain the best precursor. The average particle size and dispersion of Sm-Fe mixed oxides powder that prepared under microwave is smaller and better.
