充填体下水平矿柱影响因素和安全厚度模拟分析

Simulation analysis of factors and secure thickness of horizontal pillar for backfilling

  • 摘要: 为分析东同V号矿体充填体下水平矿柱的稳定性,采用AHP分析方法得出影响充填体下水平矿柱稳定性的因素权重排序,得出水平矿柱的厚度为最重要因素.利用小变形薄板理论的公式计算水平矿柱最小安全厚度为5 m,在此基础上,建立数值模型进一步模拟分析,对水平矿柱厚度为5 m至9 m进行应力、垂直位移及塑性区分析,最终得出,水平矿柱厚度小于7 m时,有破坏的危险,为矿山开采提供指导.

     

    Abstract: The factor weights for horizontal pillar stability were obtained to analyze the stability of horizontal pillar of the Dongtong' V ore by applying AHP analysis method. The results show that the thickness of the horizontal pillar is the most important factor. The minimum safety thickness of the horizontal pillars is 5 m by using the formula of small deformation of thin plate theory. A numerical model is established to make a further analysis. The stress, vertical displacement and plastic zone of horizontal pillar thickness of 5 m to 9 m are analyzed. It is concluded that the horizontal pillar is likely to collapse when its thickness is less than 7 m.
