Abstract:
he effect of aluminum content on the re-crystallization behavior of lead was studied by applying universal testing machine and cold cathode field emission scanning microscope. The results show that the addition of Al can affect the lead's re-crystallization behavior and improve its tensile strength. When the content of Al is 0.05 %, the re-crystallization behavior is inhibited obviously and the tensile strength increases from 13.2 MPa to 17.9 MPa. However, when Al content is increased to 0.10 %, the inhibition effect weakens, and the tensile strength declines from 17.9 MPa to 15.5 MPa.
