四川某极低品位复杂铂铜镍矿浮选工艺研究

Flotation of a very low grade platinum-copper-nickel ore in Sichuan

  • 摘要: 针对四川甘孜某极低品位复杂铂铜镍矿石开展工艺矿物学分析, 在此基础上进行磨矿细度、pH值调整剂种类及用量试验等条件研究, 结果表明采用分支(三支)浮选工艺流程处理该低品位铂镍矿石后, 可获品位为3.17%、回收率为43.49%的镍精矿, 这种浮选流程针对品位极低的原矿, 其选别指标是较好的.其中镍精矿中Cu、Co、Pt、Pd等元素均有一定程度的富集, 随Ni一起得到综合利用.

     

    Abstract: Based on the process mineralogical of the platinum-copper-nickel ore, the condition experiments of grinding fineness, pH adjusting agent type and dosage and some other experiments were carried out.The results show that with the branch flotation process, nickel concentrate with the grade of 3.17%, recovery of 43.49% is obtained.Meanwhile, Cu, Co, Pt, Pd are enriched to some degree and comprehensively utilized with nickel concentrates.
