Abstract:

4: Eu
x3+(0.05≤
x≤0.09) phosphors were synthesize by microwave homogeneous method. The luminescence spectra structure and morphology of samples are investigated by fluorescence spectrophotometer, XRD, SEM, EDS. under the conditions of Calcination temperature 900 ℃, holding time 3 h, Eu
3+ doped amount of 0.07, that can achieved the best performance of the phosphors. The results shows the main emission peak is located at 616 nm under the UV excitation of 395 nm and 465 nm, which is due to
5D
0→
7F
2 transitions of Eu
3+. The phosphor emission intensity of microwave-assisted preparation is stronger than the high temperature solid phosphor prepared. which is suitable for the UV-pumped white LED as red phosphor.
