微波辅助液相法制备CaMoO4:Eu3+荧光粉

Preparation ofCaMoO4:Eu3+ Phosphor by microwave-assisted liquid method

  • 摘要: 采用微波辅助液相沉淀法制备了Ca1-xMoO4: EuX3+ (0.05≤x≤0.09)系列红色荧光粉.通过荧光光谱仪、SEM、XRD测试和表征了该荧光粉的荧光性能、形貌、结构.结果表明,当Eu3+掺杂量为0.07,烧结温度为900 ℃,保温时间为3 h,可获得性能最佳的荧光粉,在395 nm和465 nm波长激发下,在616 nm处出现了很强的发射峰,对应于Eu3+5D07F2的跃迁.采用微波辅助液相沉淀法制备的荧光粉发光强度高于高温固相法所制备的荧光粉, 适合白光LED用红色荧光粉.

     

    Abstract: Ca1-xMO4: Eux3+(0.05≤x≤0.09) phosphors were synthesize by microwave homogeneous method. The luminescence spectra structure and morphology of samples are investigated by fluorescence spectrophotometer, XRD, SEM, EDS. under the conditions of Calcination temperature 900 ℃, holding time 3 h, Eu3+ doped amount of 0.07, that can achieved the best performance of the phosphors. The results shows the main emission peak is located at 616 nm under the UV excitation of 395 nm and 465 nm, which is due to 5D07F2 transitions of Eu3+. The phosphor emission intensity of microwave-assisted preparation is stronger than the high temperature solid phosphor prepared. which is suitable for the UV-pumped white LED as red phosphor.
