现代仪器分析在钛系光催化剂中的应用

Application of modern instrument analysis in the titanium photocatalyst

  • 摘要: 针对近十五年现代仪器分析的特点、局限性及其对钛系光催化剂结构的表征 、催化活性的评价和应用进展进行综述.具体包括:紫外可见分光光度法对催化剂催化性能的测定,电镜法和 X 射线衍射法对晶型和粒径的观测,能谱法对催化剂元素成分的确定,振动样品磁强计对催化剂磁性的表征和热分析法对催化剂热稳定性的评价, 以及扫描电镜法相较于透射电镜法、 能量色散谱仪相较于 X 射线光电子能谱法各自的优缺点和作用等, 为研究人员在今后钛系光催化剂的研究中提供表征方法上的指导.

     

    Abstract: This article summarized the characteristics, limitations, structure characteristics, activity evaluation and application progress of titaniu m photocatalyst of modern instrumental analysis over the past fifteen years including the uv-vis spectrophotometry determination for the catalyst performance, electron microscope and X-ray diffraction method for the observations of crystal form and particle size, spectroscope for the determination of catalyst component, vibrating sample magnetometer for the characterization of catalyst magnetism, thermal analysis method for evaluation of thermal stability of catalyst, as well as scanning electron microscopy com- pared with the transmission electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectrometer in contrast to the X-ray diffraction method, and their merits, demerits and roles, etc, providing guidance of characterization method for the future researchers in the study of titanium catalyst.
