中深孔爆破出矿巷道震动强度的数值模拟

  • 摘要: 千家坪钒矿属于大型地下矿山,采用中深孔崩矿法回采. 由于爆破施工作业具有工作空间密闭、作业频率高及单次装药量大等因素,使得爆破震动易影响邻近出矿巷道的稳定. 为研究中深孔爆破对出矿巷道的影响,确保出矿巷道的稳定,运用 ANSYS/LS-DYNA 的流固耦合功能对某次爆破回采巷道处的震动强度进行分析. 通过将数值计算结果与现场实测结果进行对比,发现其无明显偏差, 说明运用 ANSYS/LS-DYNA 对中深孔爆破震动强度的预测具有一定的指导价值.

     

    Abstract: Qianjiaping vanadium ore is the large scale underground mines adopting the medium-length hole caving method to stope. Because of the confined workspace, high operating frequency and large single charge during the blasting operation, the stability of adjacent ore -drawing roadway can be affected by blasting vibration easily. In order to study the impact of ore -drawing roadway on medium -length hole blasting and ensure the stability of ore-drawing roadway, the fluid-structure interaction of ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to analyze the stoping roadway's vibration intensity on one blasting operation. No obvious deviation is found by comparing the results of numerical calculation with that of the field measurement, which indicates that the application of ANSYS/LS -DYNA to the prediction of the vibration intensity of medium -length hole blasting has guiding significance.
