某钨矿山土壤中重金属元素测定

Determination of heavy metals in the soil of a Gannan tungsten mine by ICP-MS

  • 摘要: 实验研究了等离子体质谱法检测赣南某钨矿山采矿区周边土壤的重金属铜铅锌镉的方法.在实验中讨论比较了几种样品前处理方式的优劣;考察了内标元素的选择和共存离子的干扰;并探讨了方法的准确性和稳定性.实验中样品测定的RSD<3%,加标回收率在97%~103%;实验还比对了质谱法和原子吸收分光光度法检测结果,得到2种方法结果保持一致,无显著性差异.实验结果表明:用等离子体质谱仪检测土壤中铜铅锌镉的方法切实可行,能够满足环境监控要求.

     

    Abstract: Experimental study on the plasma mass spectrometry method for determination of heavy metal copper zinc cadmium Gannan tungsten mine in a mining area of the surrounding soil. In the experiment, the advantages and disadvantages of several sample pretreatment methods are discussed, and the selection of internal standard elements and the interference of coexisting ions are investigated. The accuracy and stability of the method are also discussed. In the experiment, the RSD<3% of the sample was measured, and the recovery rate was 97%~103%. The experimental results were compared with the mass spectrometry and atomic absorption spectrometry. The results of the two methods were consistent, no significant differences were obtained. The experimental results show that the method of detecting Cu and Zn in soil by using plasma mass spectrometry
