矿物掺合料对水泥砂浆抗硫酸铵腐蚀的影响及灰色关联分析

  • 摘要: 通过对5%(NH4)2SO4溶液浸泡的砂浆试块进行外观表面形态观察、抗压强度测试、质量损失变化以及灰色关联分析,研究了矿物掺合料单掺及其双掺对水泥砂浆抗硫酸铵腐蚀性能的影响,以及运用灰色关联方法分析矿物掺量对其抗压强度的影响。研究结果表明:双掺时,粉煤灰的微集料效应和形态效应均优于矿渣,且二者在工作性能上产生互补效应;掺入矿物掺合料改善了水泥砂浆抗硫酸铵腐蚀性能,对其具有明显的预防和抑制作用;各矿物掺合料对水泥砂浆抗硫酸铵腐蚀效果从优到劣顺序为:20%粉煤灰,20%粉煤灰+40%矿渣,40%矿渣,60%矿渣,未掺样;运用灰色关联理论分析矿物掺和料对水泥砂浆抗硫酸铵腐蚀的影响是可行的。
