某矿露天残采爆破振动对临近尾矿坝稳定性的影响分析

The Stability Analysis of the Near Tailings Dam due to Open-pit Blasting Vibration

  • 摘要: 某矿尾矿坝正准备二期扩容工程,附近有露天残采爆破作业,为分析该爆破振动对现阶段及二期扩容后尾矿坝稳定性的影响,根据现场爆破测振结果,拟合库区间爆破振动最大振速公式,计算分析库区距震源最近处的最大振速是否满足《爆破安全规程》要求,并采用Geo-Studio岩土软件中Quake/W和Slope/W模块,分别对现阶段及二期扩容后尾矿坝动力稳定性进行数值模拟计算。计算结果表明:该尾矿库库区距爆源最近处的最大振速2.344 cm/s,小于《爆破安全规程》中允许的标准值,满足安全规程要求;现阶段尾矿库剖面1、2在爆破振动下的最小安全系数分别为1.273和1.471,二期分别为1.267和1.473,均大于《尾矿库安全技术规程》中规定的最小安全系数,符合安全规程,尾矿库二期扩容工程是可行的。

     

    Abstract: A tailings dam is preparing for the second phase expansion project. Blasting operation of open-air mining is near the tailings dam. For analyzing the influence of blasting vibration to the stability of the tailings dam at the present stage and the second phase expansion stage, this paper gets the fitting vibrationvelocityformula of blasting according to the result of the blasting vibration. Then we calculate and analyze the large velocity ofthe closest to the explosive source whether satisfies the requirements of the blasting safety regulations, and makes use of the Quake/W and Slope/W module of geotechnical software Geo-Studio to simulate calculate about the dynamic stability of the tailings dam at the present stage and the second phase expansion stage.
