辽宁鞍山胡家庙贫赤铁矿石工艺矿物学特征

Process mineralogy characteristics of Anshan Hu jiamiao Liaoning lean Hematite

  • 摘要: 为了给辽宁鞍山胡家庙贫赤铁矿石的分选工艺改造提供依据,采用了X-射线衍射、显微镜、QuantLab-CD图像分析仪等分析检测方法对该矿石进行了工艺矿物学研究.研究结果表明,该铁矿石全铁品位为25.88%,铁在矿石中主要以赤铁矿、假象赤铁矿、磁铁矿形式存在,为选矿回收的主要矿物,且磁铁矿与赤铁矿紧密共生,嵌布粒度粗,部分微细粒级的假象赤铁矿被石英等脉石包裹.矿石中的脉石矿物嵌布粒度较粗,主要为石英、透闪石、阳起石、绿泥石及少量的黏土矿物,对选矿的影响不大,该矿石属易选铁矿石.

     

    Abstract: In order to provide basis for separation process of Anshan Hu Jiamiao poor hematitel, the process mineralogy on the ores are studied,which adopt X- ray diffraction, microscopy, QuantLab-CD image analyzer Analysis and detection methods. The results show that only 25.88% grade iron ore,iron ore mainly hematite, the illusion of hematite,magnetite form, magnetite and hematite are closely associated,disseminated coarse granularity ,some micro-fine particles of martite are contained by quartz or other gangue. gangue minerals disseminated coarse-grained in the ore, the mainly gangue are quartz, tremolite, actinolite, chlorite and a small amount of clay minerals,has little effect on the dressing,which is easy to choose iron ore.
