快速浮选提高锌渣中银回收率的试验研究

Study on increase Silver Recovery from zinc leach residue by Fast Flotation

  • 摘要: 针对某锌冶炼厂高温高酸工艺得到的难选锌渣,进行了物质组成及银赋存状态和组合捕收剂及调整剂对银浮选指标的影响的研究.试验结果表明,在丁胺黑药+乙硫氮按2:1配比800 g/t,六偏磷酸钠600 g/t,硫化钠800 g/t的最佳药剂制度下,开路工艺流程经优化后可获得银品位为2 301 g/t,回收率为57.29%的综合银精矿,比未优化开路工艺流程获得的银精矿回收率(40.05%)提高了17.24%.采用“快速浮选,一粗二精二扫”的工艺进行闭路试验,可获得银品位3 087 g/t,回收率5.67%的银精矿1,银品位2 186 g/t,回收率61.23%的银精矿2,实现了银的回收.

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the difficulted Separation of zinc leach residue of some smelter which obtained by High-temperature and high-acid leaching zinc process,the paper researched the existing state of the material composition and silver of the leaching Zinc slag and the assemble collector and the modifier affect on silver flotation. The results showed that undering the best pharmacy system of mmonium dibutyl dithiophosphate and B sulfur nitrogen (2:1) as assemble collector 800 g/t 、(NaO3P)6 600 g/t、Na2S 800g/t ,the optimized open circuit test can get the silver grade of concentrate is 2 301 g/t , the recovery is 57.29%,which compared to the don’t optimized open circuit test(40.05%) the recovery is increased 17.24%. Adopting one fast floating,one roughing stage,two cleaning stages and two scavenging stages of the closed circuit process can obtain one concentrate with silver grade is 3 087g/t, recovery is 5.67% , and another silver concentrate with silver grade is 2 186g/t,recovery is 61.23% ,realized silver recovery.
