超声波发泡及对气含率的影响

Ultrasonic used in foaming and the effect on gas hold-up

  • 摘要: 通过使用设计装配的实验设备,研究了在不同的条件下,超声波空化作用所能产生气泡的能力,以及超声波对充气体系下的溶液气含率的影响.结果表明:超声波空化作用产生气泡的能力与溶液中气体的溶解量直接相关;超声波的功率对超声波空化作用产生气体的体积影响比较大,28 kHz的变幅杆超声空化作用产生的气泡体积要高于20 kHz 的变幅杆;超声波作用于不同浓度的MIBC的水溶液,空化作用产生的气泡体积没有太大变化;在外充气的条件下,发现超声波作用可以有效地增大溶液的气含率.

     

    Abstract: Through using the equipment designed independent, the ability of ultrasonic to generate bubbles in different conditions is investigated. The effect of ultrasonic on the gas hold-up of solution in the state of inflation is also investigated. The result showed: the ability of ultrasonic to generate bubbles is directly related to the amount of gas dissolved in the solution, the power of ultrasonic has a considerable effect on the quantity of the gas produced by ultrasonic cavitation, the volume of bubbles generated by ultrasonic cavitation under the booster of 28kHz is bigger than the booster of 20kHz. When the ultrasonic acts on the solution of MIBC, the volume of gas produced by cavitation varies little. Under the condition of aeration, the ultrasonic can enhance the gas hold-up of solution effectively.
