Synthesis and representation of mica iron oxide

  • 摘要: 采用熔盐法,合成片状ɑ-Fe2O3 粉体,并考察了多个参数对样品的影响,通过TG-DTA曲线分析了试样在加热过程中的吸热、放热及失重变化,运用图像分析仪、SEM、XRD等测试对样品ɑ-Fe2O3 粉体的形貌、晶体结构进行了分析,探究了各因素对样品ɑ-Fe2O3片形成性能和形貌的影响。结果表明:在相同工艺条件下熔盐选用硫酸复盐(Na2SO4 +K2SO4 )钠、钾盐摩尔比为1:1.25 时较利于片状样品的合成;烧结至1 150℃保温3 h的合成工艺制得的样品成片较好;同时适量Al3+的加入可改变试样晶体结构、改善粉体形貌,且当Al3+含量为4%时,合成样品的晶粒大小适中且均匀性好,颜色鲜艳。

     

    Abstract: The sheet ɑ-Fe2O3 powder was synthesized using molten salt method. The changes with endothermic, heat and weight loss of the sample during the heating process were analyzed by TG-DTA curve. And we investigated that how these variables affect the sample α-Fe2O3 by detailed analysis of the crystal structure and powder surface morphology of the sample by image analyzer, SEM and XRD. The results showed that, under the same conditions the choice of sulfuric acid complex molten salt (Na2SO4 + K2SO4) with 1:1.25 of sodium potassium ratio is help to synthesis for samples. The sample form sheet better when sintering to 1 150℃ for 3 hour . The right amount of additives Al3+ can change the crystal structure, improved crystallization. While adding 4% Al3+, the synthetic samples have moderate and uniformity flake size and bright colors of the crystal particle.
