Abstract:
There are some problems with the technology of the full tailings slurry transportation. This paper made use of high-precision R/S+SST soft solids tester to investigate slurry rheological properties and pipeline transportation for realizing the stable gravity-transportation of the high-density slurry of the full tailings, and to analyze the filling slurry rheological parameters of different concentrations and cement-sand ratio and the unit frictional drag of a flux and pipeline diameter in pipeline transportation. It provides a theoretical basis for the study of transport properties of the whole tail sand slurry.
