Abstract:
The electric resistance welded joints of 202 stainless steel were treated with low temperature heat treatment method, and then proceeded by metallographic collection, tensile test, wear test and fatigue resistance test. The experimental results show that: with the rising of temperature, the grain size of weld joints is gradually refined, and the effect of temperature is greater than the effect of time on the microstructure. Moreover, the fatigue life increases with the increase of heat treatment temperature and time, and 380 ℃ is at or near the required welding temperature of eliminating welding stress.
