提高铅锌回收率选矿实践

Practice of improving the lead and zinc recovery

  • 摘要: 银山矿业选矿厂铅锌系统从投产以来,随着原矿品位逐渐降低,铅锌金属回收率较低,铅精矿中铅回收率81.5 %左右,锌精矿中锌回收率86.5 %左右.从该矿矿物组成及嵌布特征的分析着手,在磨矿细度和药剂工艺2 个方面进行不断改进,在没有投入资金对选矿流程及设备进行改变的情况下,使铅锌回收率逐步提高.改进后精矿铅回收率达到86.93 %,锌回收率达到88.05 %,同时铅精矿中伴生银回收率由改进前的60.16 %提高到改进后的65.59 %,有效地利用了矿产资源,也为企业创造了可观的经济效益.

     

    Abstract: Since starting production of lead and zinc system of Yinshan mining ore dressing plant, lead-zinc metal recovery rate becomes low as the ore grade is gradually decreasing. The recovery rate of lead in lead concentrates is about 81.5 %, and the recovery rate of zinc in zinc concentrates is around 86.5 %. According to the analysis of the composition and dissemination characteristics of the ore, and with the continuous improvement of the grinding fineness and pharmaceutical technology, the recovery of lead and zinc gradually increases in the absence of funding changes to the beneficiation flowsheet and equipment conditions. After improvement, lead concentrate recovery rate reaches 86.93 %, zinc recovery rate reaches 88.05 %, and the associated silver in lead concentrate recovery increases from 60.16 % to 65.59 %, which not only makes effective use of mineral resources, but also creates considerable economic benefits for the enterprise.
