矿井扩能通风系统计算机优化研究

Ventilation system optimization of mining capacity expansion by computer

  • 摘要: 针对马路坪矿通风系统不完善、通风效率低等问题,提出完善回风系统的不同优化方案,通过经济技术指标对比确定最优方案, 并利用Ventsim 三维仿真软件从理论上分析评价优化方案的可行性.经优化后,建立的通风系统有效地解决了通风系统不完善、通风效率低等问题,各项通风经济技术指标得到明显改善,矿井通风系统合理、有效、稳定运行.

     

    Abstract: In light of the problems existing in the Ma Luping Mine,such as the incomplete ventilation system, low ventilation efficiency etc. , different optimization schemes for completing return system are put forward, and the best solution is determined by comparing economic and technical indicators. The feasibility of optimization scheme is theoretically analyzed and evaluated by the three-dimensional simulation of Ventsim software. Incomplete return system and low ventilation efficiency are effectively solved after optimization of ventilation system, and the ventilation economic and technical indicators are significantly improved with the reasonable, effective and stable operation of ventilation system.
