湿法冶金处理含砷固废的研究进展

Research progress of arsenic-bearing solid waste by hydrometallurgy

  • 摘要: 介绍了国内外湿法处理含砷固废的方法,并对各方法的优缺点进行了评述.总体来说,湿法处理含砷固废主要分为2个阶段:浸出和砷的最终处置.根据浸出体系的不同,大体上可分为热水浸出、酸性浸出、碱性浸出及无机盐浸出,其中碱性浸出对原料适用性强,且对砷具有高选择性,目前是研究人员的研究热点.根据砷的最终处置可分为砷的资源化利用和无害化处理2大类,由于砷及其化合物的高毒害性,大大的限制了其相关产品的使用,因此,国内外企业目前主要是将其无害化处理后进行堆存或填埋.

     

    Abstract: The methods of treating arsenic-bearing solid waste by hydrometallurgy are reviewed and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are compared. In general, the hydrometallurgical technique contains two stages: selective leaching and final destination of arsenic. According to the different leaching system, those techniques can be divided into neutral leaching, acid leaching, alkaline leaching and salt leaching. Because of good applicability and high selectivity, the alkaline leaching method is the hotspot in this field. According to the final destination of arsenic, the treatment of arsenic can be divided as the resource utilization of arsenic and harmless treatment of arsenic-bearing solid waste. Due to the high toxic of arsenic and its compounds, the utilization of arsenic products is limited, therefore, stockpiling or landfilling are still the main method for treating the arsenic after nonhazardous treatment.
