Abstract:
This paper proposes amplitude envelope recognition and instantaneous energy recognition for millisecond blasting delay time by applying the self-adaptive EMD decomposition and energy density of meaning of Hilbert spectrum square based on HHT. Mainshock component signal amplitude envelope and instantaneous energy are obtained by EMD decomposing blasting vibration signal, identifying the main shock component and Hilber transformation. Millisecond blasting delay time is worked out by determining the mainshock component amplitude envelope and instantaneous energy spurt point based on explosive release of energy caused by blasting vibration signal speed measuring point or sudden increase energy principle. Study on project case shows that the delay time identified by the amplitude envelope and instantaneous energy is within the range of theoretical values, indicating that both methods are feasible to identify millisecond delay blasting.
