Abstract:
Owing to serious oxidation, the copper-sulphur separation of the polymetallic ore from Indonesia is difficult to recover. Targeting the nature of the ore, the flotation and magnetic separation process is exploited. HT agent is used to eliminate Cu
2+ in flotation to separate and recover the cooper-sulfide ore. Iron is recovered by magnetic separation from the flotation tailings. A copper concentrate yield is 9.75 %, and a copper grade of 22.05 % with a copper recovery of 75.17 %, which contains gold 0.97 g/t, silver 14 g/t. A sulfur concentrate yield is 30.76 %, a sulfur grade of 49.94 % with a sulfur recovery of 64.23 %. An iron concentrate yield is 26.84 %, an iron grade of 60.24 % with an iron recovery of 76.26 %.
