快速浮选提高选铜指标的试验研究

Test study of improving copper sorting index by flash flotation

  • 摘要: 某铜硫矿中含Cu 0.55 %,含S 5.21 %,磁黄铁矿含量较高.在对其进行工艺矿物学研究的基础上,将矿石磨至粒径小于0.074 mm占65 %,采用“快速浮选-混合浮选-混合粗精矿再磨”工艺进行试验,结果表明,最终可获得含铜20.84 %,回收率为93.97 %的铜精矿.相比现场工艺提高了选铜指标,并节约了磨矿成本.

     

    Abstract: A copper sulfide ore contains 0.55 % of Cu and 5.21 % of S with very high content of pyrrhotite. On the basis of the process mineralogical study, grinding fineness of 65 % of minerals particle size is less than 0.074 mm. The process of "flash flotation -mixed flotation-mixed rougher concentrate regrinding" is adopted. The results show that copper concentrate with copper bearing of 20.84 % and recovery rate of 93.97 % can be obtained. Compared with field process, the sorting index of copper is improved to save the grinding cost.
