汽车散热器用黄铜带水平连铸工艺研究

  • 摘要: 随着散热器冷却管带材生产技术的不断进步,新型高锌锡黄铜HSn65-0.03已实现规模化生产应用,其带坯主要采用水平连铸工艺生产,生产过程中极易产生气孔或偏析缺陷,水平连铸工艺是高锌锡黄铜HSn65-0.03质量稳定的关键.通过分析工业上HSn65-0.03水平连铸带坯的工艺特点,对比其与普通H65带坯的水平连铸工艺,提出了HSn65-0.03带坯的工艺控制关键点.并通过对铸坯成分、组织、脱锌层的研究,阐述了水平连铸工艺参数对带坯质量的影响规律,系统提出了水平连铸的工艺控制、常见质量缺陷及解决办法.

     

    Abstract: A new type of high zinc alloy HSn65-0.03 has realized large-scaled production with the advance of radiator cooling pipe strip production technology. The main strip adopts horizontal continuous casting process, which is prone to porosity and segregation defects. Horizontal continuous casting technology is the key to the stable quality of the high zinc alloy HSn65-0.03. Through analyzing the characteristics of industrial HSn65-0.03 horizontal continuous casting strip process, and comparing with the ordinary H65 billet horizontal continuous casting process, this paper puts forward the key points for producing HSn65-0.03 strip. Analyses of slab composition, microstructure and dezincification layer reveal the effects of horizontal continuous casting parameters on the strip quality. The horizontal continuous casting technical control, common quality defects and solutions are suggested.
