基于METSIM氧气底吹炼铜工艺性能分析

Performance analysis of oxygen bottom blowing copper smelting process using METSIM

  • 摘要: 针对目前底吹熔炼实时操作参数对于预期目标参数影响机制的不明确,借助METSIM冶金流程模拟软件自带的一些基本操作单元模块,开发了氧气底吹炼铜工艺流程静态模型,在此基础上结合某厂实际生产数据验证了模型的可靠性,并探索了不同的操作条件,如熔剂加入速率、富氧加入速率、精矿加入速率对铜氧气底吹熔炼段工艺性能的影响,同时详细分析了产生相应现象可能的原因.对于加深工艺的理解以及指导实际生产现场调控有一定的意义.

     

    Abstract: In view of the uncertain effect of the present bottom blowing smelting real-time operating parameters on the target parameters, the oxygen bottom blowing copper smelting process static model is developed with the help of some unit operation modules by the METSIM metallurgical process simulation software. Its reliability is verified with plant data at the same time. The paper focuses on the exploration of the effects on the oxygen bottom blowing copper smelting process performance by different operating conditions, such as the input rate of enriched oxygen, flux and concentrate. Possible reasons to the corresponding phenomena are also expounded which contribute to deepen the understanding of the process and regulate the production in factory.
