银山选矿厂VTM-800立磨机应用实践

Application of VTM-800 vertimill in Yinshan mineral processing plant

  • 摘要: 立磨机在细磨方面具有高效、节能优势,在国外已广泛使用,但在国内属首次引进,为了更好地发挥立磨机性能优势,通过对电流、磨矿浓度、介质充填率等主要因素进行对比研究,确定立磨机电流强度45~52 A、磨矿浓度为55%±5%、介质充填率26 %为最佳运行参数.介绍了立磨机结构、工作原理、磨矿介质和运行注意问题,对比分析了立磨机和传统球磨机经济技术指标.选矿厂生产实践表明,立磨机可节约运行成本,降低钢球单耗0.1 kg/t,节能40 %左右,磨矿产品粒径小于45 μm含量提高11 %,提高铜回收率0.3 %,提高伴生金回收率4 %.

     

    Abstract: Vertimill was widely used in foreign countries because of high efficiency and energy saving in fine grinding. However, it was firstly introduced in China. In order to display the better performance of vertimill, thevertimillelectromechanicalflow 45-52A, grindingdensity 55±5% and medium fillingrate 26% as the best operation parameters was obtained based on comparison research of current, grinding concentration and medium filling rate. While, the structure, working principles, ore grinding medium and the problems which should be noticed in the practical application of the vertimill were introduced, and the economic and technical index of the vertimill and traditional ball mill were analysised. It is showed that can besaved operation cost, reduced thesteelconsumption of 0.1kg/t, increased content of the -45μm of 11% and saved energy 40%. Besides, the recovery of copper and associated gold can be improved to 0.3% and 4%,respectively.
