高炉控制铁水砷含量的研究

Study on controlling the arsenic content of hot metal in blast furnace

  • 摘要: 由于高炉原料无法完全脱除砷, 进入高炉后将导致铁水含砷量过高, 从而影响炼钢工艺及钢材质量.通过控制入炉全铁含砷量、铁水温度、碱度、炉顶压力等参数, 高炉获得了较高的铁水脱砷率, 得到符合生产要求的铁水.试验表明:当入炉全铁砷含量、铁水含硅量、R2、渣比、铁水温度、炉顶压力分别控制在0.015 %、0.4 %、1.20、400 kg/t、1490 ℃、220 kPa时, 铁水脱砷率最高达67 %, 铁水含砷量仅为0.007 %.

     

    Abstract: As the arsenic in the material can not be removed before it goto the blast furnace, the high arsenic content in the hot metal makes steelmaking process complex and is bad for the steel quality. By controlling the parameters such as arsenic content in total hot metal、hot metal temperature、basicity、top pressure, the arsensic content in hot metal can be reduced hightly, and the hot metal can fit steel making. The research results show that under arsenic content in total hot metal 0.015 %、Si 0.4 %、slag rate 400 kg/t、hot metal temperature 1490 ℃ and top pressure 220 kPa, the largest dearsenization rate in hot metal is 67 % and arsenic content in hot metal is noly 0.007 %.
