Hot Ductility Behavior Of 460 MPa Grader Steel Plate Used For Offshore Platform

  • 摘要: 通过Gleeble-1500D热模拟机来进行EQ47(460 MPa)钢的高温塑性研究,以1×10-3/s的变形速率,在600~1 350 ℃的温度区间内以每50 ℃取一间隔做一组高温塑性试验.结果表明:在907~1 270 ℃之间,断面收缩率均高于60 %,钢的高温塑性良好,温度高于1 270 ℃时,断面收缩率急剧下降,第Ⅲ脆性区在667~907 ℃之间,在此温度区间内存在明显的塑性低谷,断面收缩率最低值为29.44 %.

     

    Abstract: The hot ductility behavior of Steel EQ47 was investigated by Gleeble-1500D hot simulator in the temperature range 600~1350℃ per 50℃ through high temperature tensile test at a constant true strain rate of 1×10-3s-1. The reduction in area was more than 60% at the temperature of 907~1270℃, tensile sample showed a good ductility.the third brittle zone is at the temperature of 666~907℃, it showed poor ductility and the lowest reduction was 29.44%.
