功能基因芯片技术在生物冶金研究中的应用进展

Application of functional gene arrays in the research of biohydrometallurgy

  • 摘要: 功能基因芯片技术可快速、准确、高通量地检测和分析冶金微生物的种群结构、群落动态和功能活性,从而实现微生物生长代谢活动的实时监测和高效浸矿微生物的快速筛选.介绍了冶金微生物功能基因芯片的技术特点,以及在微生物生态学和功能学分析方面的应用情况,分析了该技术目前存在的主要问题及应用前景.

     

    Abstract: Functional gene arrays (FGAs) can detect and analyse the population structure, community dynamics and functional activity of microorganism in biomining in a rapid, accurate and high-through-put manner, thus help the monitoring of microorganism’s growth and metabolism and the rapid screening of microorganism with high-efficient biomining capacity. This paper introduces the characteristics of functional gene array and its applications in ecological and functional analysis of biomining microorganism, and finally discusses the existing main problems and the application prospect of this technology.
