含锌高炉瓦斯泥造球工艺

The pellet making process using Zn-bearing BF gas slime

  • 摘要: 对含锌高炉瓦斯泥配加转炉污泥造球工艺进行研究, 主要考察瓦斯泥与转炉尘泥比例、造球时间、加水量、黏结剂的用量以及煤粉的添加量对物料成球性能的影响.研究表明, 在高炉瓦斯泥与转炉污泥质量比为2.5: 1、造球时间20 min、水分18 %、膨润土添加量1 %、配煤量10 %的条件下, 湿球落下强度6.9次/0.5m、抗压强度18 N/个, 干球抗压强度80.36 N/个, 球团强度满足转底炉生产工艺要求.

     

    Abstract: This paper studies the pellet making process by mixing Zn-bearing BF gas slime and LD dust. The effects of BF gas slime and LD dust rate, pelletizing time, adding water amount, binder amount, pulverized coal amount on the pellet property are studied. The results show that under the following conditions, BF gas slime and LD dust ratio is 2.5: 1, pelletizing time 20 min, adding water percentage 18 %, bentonite adding quality 1 %, adding quantity of coal 10 %, the compressing strength of moist pellets and dry pellets are 18 N·pellet-1 and 80.36 N·pellet-1 respectively. The drop strength of moist pellets is 6.9 times·0.5 m-1. The quality of pellets meet the process demand of rotary hearth furnace for the strength of pellets.
