稀土Y对锡熔体抗氧化性能的影响规律研究

摘要: 锡在熔融状态下极易被空气氧化,并产生大量的氧化渣,影响热镀锡、焊锡等锡材料的使用.文中研究微量的稀土Y作为添加元素对锡熔体抗氧化性能改性的影响,并分析了其显微组织、锡熔体在高温下液面颜色的变化、润湿性以及其抗氧化的作用机理,在此基础上确定了其改性的最佳添加量.研究表明:微量Y元素显著地改善了锡熔体的抗氧化性能和润湿性能.Abstract: Tin can be easily oxidized in its molten state, generating a lot of dross. It affects tin's usage heat tin plating and soldering. This paper studies the effects of Y on antioxidative properties by analyzing its microstructure, liquid surface color change of tin melt at high temperature, wettability and its mechanism. The optimal Y adding amount is determined. The results indicate that Y element improves significantly the oxidation resistance behavior and wettability of molten tin.
